Between what you guys talk about on the SDN every night and Remnant, I realized we didn't plan well for window security when we built this house. I have 3 sets of sliding glass doors that will need securing somehow. Already thinking of ways. We're very rural in Pa. mountains and my husband is under the illusion we won't be as vulnerable as city/suburb dwellers. We're armed. The driveway is long. He says anyone coming who looks questionable will be met with 'whatfor'. We've more or less prepped for years, but there's so much to be done still.
Yes indeed. We rarely go away longer than a few hours together. If we'll be longer we lock everything. That doesn't stop a rock through a window though. We have someone stay if we go overnight, which is rare.
Haha. I’m a girl who got that as a nickname when I was a kid. My mom had 3 girls and got us pixie cuts. She got tired of us fussing when she combed our hair. I looked like a boy after that lso my uncles started calling me Johnnie.

He's probably right but if y'all ever travel it would be a good idea to lock those doors down to prevent a B&E.
