FIELD NOTE
The cheapest fight is the one somebody’s shovel finished the day before it started.
The trade at the plank was the most human thing the county had seen in a month, until six armed men came up out of the southwest wash moving on the food.
Ninety seconds later four of them were dead in the frost and fourteen souls of two families stood unhurt around the plank. The ground did most of the work, and the ground was ready a day early.
EP023 releases this weekend.
Season 1 runs two parts to an episode. Paid subscribers get each part the day it drops. Free subscribers wait a week.
