THIS IS PART TWO FOR EPISODE 13.
The copy below is the same that was published with Part ONE yesterday.
Episode 13 Part ONE was published on 6-13-26 for subscribers. Part TWO was published on 6-14-26 for subscribers. Both will be made public a week later.
Camp Ridge is low on ammunition and locked behind its own wire. When Calloway sends a vetted team to evaluate a rural church advertising itself as refuge, the mission looks like exactly what the camp needs - a potential ally, a secondary cache, a population of organized survivors. The team walks in with their eyes open. That doesn’t make the deception easier to read.
The wrongness isn’t loud. It’s in the way authority moves through the room, in who answers questions and who goes quiet, in the difference between a community that formed around shared purpose and one that formed around control. The church offers the language of sanctuary. The people running it have decided that sanctuary is something they dispense.
In the middle of it, one man doesn’t fit. Daniel Reeves - former EMT, trapped inside the structure not by choice - is the one person in that building who still appears to be exactly what he says he is. Getting to him, and getting out, is the only real objective left.
Word has also reached the team that a former Black Ops SAR technician named JJ Morris is operating somewhere in this part of North Georgia - an off-grid survival expert who knows this terrain cold and is himself being actively hunted by Pryor. That information doesn’t change the immediate problem. It does change the picture.
